Our website collects IP address information and other identifying information that will be recorded by our host’s web server, which will used it to protect our clients’ and track visitors’ length and page visits.
Server Breach & Hacking
In the event of a server breach or hack detected by our servers or our web host, we are required by local, city, state, and federal law to report the information to our local police departments in Polk County, Florida. We will cooperate with them to ensure prosecution of anyone investigated to be using our resources for illegal use. All logs, emails, and contact forms will be forwarded to all appropriate authorities, at once.
Backup
We perform daily backups of our site to an offsite backup service. For security, we backup our site at minimum of three times per day. We remove these backups after one month.
